Roshni Singh Promoted to Senior Group Marketing Manager at Dabur International Ltd

Greater London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Roshni Singh has been promoted to Senior Group Marketing Manager at Dabur International Ltd, a recognition of her proven leadership and impactful contributions in brand strategy, innovation, and market expansion across the EU and Americas. In her new role, Roshni will continue to lead integrated marketing strategies and strengthen Dabur’s global footprint.

Roshni has been with Dabur International Ltd for nearly five years. Most recently, she served as Group Marketing Manager for EU & Americas, where she spearheaded strategic brand initiatives, developed long-term innovation pipelines, and drove market growth across key categories. Prior to this, she held the role of Marketing Manager, leading brand portfolios like Vatika, Dabur Herbal toothpaste, and Dabur Foods in the UK market. Her work spanned brand custodianship, NPD, consumer insights, and driving collaborations with mainstream retail partners such as Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons, and Sainsbury’s.

Before joining Dabur, Roshni was with Cipla Health Ltd for over three years, serving as Brand Manager and Assistant Manager Marketing. She played a pivotal role in managing flagship brands such as Nicotex, Immuno Boosters, and Cofsils, successfully launching new products, running impactful BTL campaigns, and aligning cross-functional strategies to drive business growth.

Her earlier career includes experience as Assistant Manager – Strategic Brands Partnership at KidZania, where she managed global marketing activities for sponsorship partners, and co-founding Icare India Dehradun Chapter, an NGO that grew to a base of 3,000+ members under her leadership. She also gained early exposure through marketing internships at NDTV Lifestyle and HCL Technologies, where she contributed to branding and communication initiatives.

Roshni holds a PGDM in Strategic Marketing and Communication from MICA – The School of Ideas, strengthening her expertise in consumer behavior, communication strategy, and brand building.
