In this role, he will lead strategic learning initiatives, content development, and innovative learning solutions to support professionals and organizations in developing future-ready skills.
Prior to his new role, Ross Garner served as Head of Content and Custom Solutions at Mindtools, where he was instrumental in designing and delivering impactful workplace learning programs. His leadership was key in enhancing client satisfaction, content strategy, and digital learning experiences.
Before that, he held the position of Head of Learning Experience, where he led teams in developing performance-focused learning content, instructional design, and e-learning solutions. He also played a pivotal role in establishing Mindtools’ broader suite of products and partnerships while producing the Mind Tools L&D Podcast and The L&D Dispatch newsletter.
Ross’s expertise extends across various leadership roles in instructional design, content strategy, and customer experience, with prior experience as Instructional Design Manager and Online Instructional Designer at Mindtools. His deep understanding of digital learning, corporate training, and content development has made him a respected voice in the learning and development industry.
