In this role, Roy will lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive brand positioning, and support business development efforts to strengthen Vedder Price’s global presence across its multiple practice areas.
Roy joins Vedder Price with an impressive career spanning over 25 years in marketing leadership. Most recently, he served as the Director of Marketing at Clark Hill Law for six years, where he spearheaded a transformative global rebranding initiative, scaled firm operations to over 750 attorneys across 29 offices, and integrated 13 firm acquisitions. His efforts led to numerous accolades, including recognition as one of Crain’s Detroit’s Notable Leaders in Marketing and the Managing Partners’ Forum Best Marketing Campaign Award in 2022.
Before Clark Hill, Roy held marketing leadership roles at firms such as Kerr Russell and Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where he directed strategic communications and business growth initiatives. His earlier career includes impactful tenures at Trott Law, P.C., Beaumont Health, and Deloitte, where he developed strategic plans, oversaw business transformation projects, and introduced innovative marketing strategies.
