Greater Chicago Area, United States, April 2025 – Royce D’Costa has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Curran Group, a multi-generational, family-owned business group with operations spanning paint-finishing systems, railway services, and asphalt paving. In his new role, Royce will lead the HR strategy to support the company’s vision for sustainable growth, high-performance teams, and people-first culture.
Prior to joining Curran Group, Royce D’Costa served as Vice President – HR, High Growth Markets at Veralto, a spin-off of Danaher Corporation. He was instrumental in designing talent strategies and driving people growth across emerging markets during his tenure.
Before Veralto, Royce spent over 10 years at Danaher Corporation, holding senior HR roles including Vice President – Human Resources, P&C (Esko, X-Rite-Pantone) and Sr. Director – Talent Management and People Strategies. He was pivotal in global talent development, HR transformation, and executive succession planning for several of Danaher’s leading brands.
Earlier, he was Executive Director – Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs India, where he led HR operations for the India businesses, with regional assignments in Singapore and Hong Kong. He also held HR leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, GE Capital, and GE Medical Systems, demonstrating deep expertise across financial services and industrial sectors globally.
