Her tenure at FanCode as Vice President of Finance was marked by her crucial role in transitioning the company from pre-revenue to a revenue-generating phase, highlighting her capability to drive business transformations.

Before her role at FanCode, Ruchi was the Director and Head of Finance for New Businesses and Investments at Swiggy, where she launched and scaled new business verticals, including Swiggy Instamart. Her strategic initiatives significantly improved unit economics and investment strategies for the firm.
Ruchi’s earlier experiences also include impactful tenures at Cloudtail India Private Limited and Flipkart, where she enhanced financial frameworks and led numerous financial strategies that supported business scalability and economic efficiency.
