Princeton, New Jersey, United States, March 2026 — Persistent Systems has welcomed Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Strategy & Execution. With over two decades of global leadership experience across enterprise transformation, organizational strategy and human resources, she joins the company’s leadership team to help accelerate strategic execution and strengthen enterprise-wide alignment.
In her new role, Ruchi Kulhari will partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive the company’s most critical priorities. Working across business units and functions, she will translate strategy into clearly defined initiatives with measurable outcomes, while strengthening execution cadence, governance, and accountability across the enterprise. Her role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership alignment—ensuring focus, momentum, and delivery on Persistent’s top objectives.
Prior to joining Persistent Systems, Ruchi Kulhari served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys, where she led people strategy and organizational priorities supporting business transformation and leadership effectiveness across the enterprise.
Before Unisys, she held multiple senior HR leadership roles at Coforge, including Chief People Officer, Executive Vice President – Human Resources, and Senior Vice President – Human Resources, contributing to organizational strategy, process improvement, and workforce leadership across global operations.
Earlier in her career, she served as Global Human Resources Business Partner at EXL, supporting business-aligned HR strategy and transformation initiatives. She also spent over a decade with Infosys, building a strong foundation in global HR and organizational leadership.
In addition to her professional journey, Ruchi Kulhari has completed executive education at Harvard Business School Executive Education in Organizational Change Management, strengthening her leadership toolkit in transformation and enterprise-wide change.
