Maria has been a pivotal figure at Datadog for over three years. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, People Business Partner, where she led the global HR Business Partner team supporting Engineering and Product organizations. Her earlier contributions included leading HR support for Datadog’s GTM functions, as well as Finance and Business Operations, while working closely with top executives including the President, CTO, COO, CRO, and CFO.

Prior to Datadog, Maria held several key HR roles at Dun & Bradstreet, including Director of Human Resources Business Partner, where she led HR strategies for diverse business units, and Senior HR Business Partner, supporting growth strategies for major divisions such as Finance & Risk Solutions and Government Business Units.

Earlier in her career, Maria built a strong foundation in HR operations at SRS Health, rising from Technical Recruiter to Senior Human Resources Generalist, managing talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations. Her journey also includes HR and recruitment roles at Design Strategy Corporation, where she managed full-cycle recruitment processes, and legal internships at New Jersey Office of the Public Advocate and Winter & Winkler, P.C., showcasing her diverse expertise.
