Ruchira Srivastava Joins Times Network as Head – HR

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 — Ruchira Srivastava has been appointed as Head – HR at Times Network, one of India’s most prominent broadcast media networks. In her new role, Ruchira will lead the human resources function across the network’s diverse portfolio of brands, shaping strategic HR initiatives, nurturing leadership capabilities, and driving a people-first culture aligned with the company’s dynamic media landscape.

Ruchira brings with her over 17 years of experience in human resource leadership, most notably a 12-year tenure at Zee Media Corporation Limited, where she held progressive leadership roles, culminating in her position as Chief Human Resources Officer. During her time at Zee, she played a pivotal role in building organizational capability, executing strategic talent initiatives, and leading transformative HR programs across a national footprint.

Earlier, Ruchira served as Manager – HR at Bestochem Formulations, where she laid the foundation for her career in human resource development and talent management. Her academic credentials include a PGDBM in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad and a B.Com degree from Ramjas College. She also recently completed the Advanced Strategy and Leadership Program at The Wharton School, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and strategic leadership.
