Russell previously served as Talent Acquisition Partner at Rarible, where he played a key role in hiring across various verticals, including engineering, business development, and operations. His contributions have strengthened the company’s recruitment efforts, ensuring that Rarible attracts top-tier talent within the NFT and blockchain ecosystem.
Before joining Rarible, Russell worked at Magic Eden as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where he led hiring initiatives across business development, product, design, marketing, and engineering. He also gained valuable experience in tech and non-tech hiring during his tenure at Habito, where he was instrumental in enhancing the company’s DE&I hiring strategy and implementing a CV-less hiring approach.
Earlier in his career, Russell held recruitment leadership roles at Hastings, RedCat Digital, and Shift, specializing in eCommerce, financial compliance, and digital marketing hiring. His background in strategic hiring, executive search, and employer branding makes him a strong asset to Rarible as the company continues to expand its workforce and leadership in the NFT space.
