Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States, May 2025 – Longitude Rx has announced the appointment of Rachel Bolton as Vice President Human Resources. In this new role, Rachel will be instrumental in leading the company’s HR function as it continues to expand its impact in specialty pharmacy. She will oversee the development and execution of people strategies that support Longitude Rx’s mission to transform health system specialty pharmacy and deliver measurable clinical impact.
Rachel brings with her extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, having played a key role in advancing HR functions at large health institutions.
Prior to joining Longitude Rx, Rachel Bolton had a 7.5-year tenure at OU Health, where she progressed through several roles. Most recently, she served as Associate Vice President, Talent Acquisition for nearly 2 years, where she led talent acquisition strategies across the health system. Before this, she held roles as Director, Interim Director, Manager, and Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, building a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment and leadership development.
Before her journey at OU Health, Rachel was a Recruiter at GDH Consulting, where she worked for about a year, developing her foundational expertise in talent sourcing and staffing solutions.
