Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, June 2026 — Lupin Manufacturing Solutions (LMS) has announced the appointment of Eduardo Jule, as its Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerating global growth across its Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) businesses.
With more than two decades of experience spanning pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, drug delivery systems, business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial leadership, Eduardo brings a rare combination of scientific expertise and global business acumen. His appointment comes at a strategic time as LMS continues to invest in high-growth segments including highly potent APIs (HPAPI), bioconjugation, and peptide synthesis.
In his new role, Eduardo will lead global commercial strategy, customer engagement, business development, partnership expansion, and market growth initiatives as LMS strengthens its position as a leading global CDMO and API solutions provider.
Prior to joining Lupin Manufacturing Solutions, Eduardo Jule founded Evolve Consulting, a specialized life sciences advisory firm focused on drug delivery, CDMO strategy, pharmaceutical partnerships, and business development. Under his leadership, the consultancy successfully expanded across multiple countries, serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He advised organizations on market positioning, commercial strategy, vendor selection, due diligence, fundraising, business transformation, and technology investment decisions.
Earlier, Eduardo spent more than five years with Lonza, one of the world’s leading CDMO organizations. As Senior Director, Business Development, EMEA, and previously Director, Head of Business Development & Account Management, EMEA, he led commercial growth initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, India, and other international markets. During his tenure, he played a critical role in expanding customer relationships, integrating business units, driving cross-selling opportunities, and strengthening Lonza’s pharmaceutical and biotechnology partnerships globally.
Before Lonza, Eduardo built an extensive twelve-year career with Capsugel, where he held multiple leadership positions across business development, pharmaceutical sciences, formulation development, and product innovation. As Director, Pharmaceutical Business Development, EMEA & India, he led regional business development efforts across Europe and India while supporting pharmaceutical innovators and generic manufacturers. He also served as Senior Manager, Formulation and Product Development, Senior Manager, Global Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Senior Manager, Global Pharmaceutical Business Development, contributing significantly to the advancement of innovative drug delivery technologies, formulation science, product development programs, and strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Eduardo served in Business Development at NanoCarrier Ltd. in Japan, where he focused on advanced drug delivery systems for oncology applications, strategic alliance development, and collaboration with biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations. His work helped establish partnerships that advanced the development and commercialization of innovative drug delivery technologies.
An accomplished scientist and business leader, Eduardo holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from The University of Tokyo, where his research focused on advanced drug delivery systems and cancer therapeutics. He also earned a Master’s degree in Biofunctional Materials from Université Paris-Est Créteil in France.
