Brookfield, Wisconsin, United States, May 2025 – Angela Leisher has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources at Fiserv, a global leader in financial technology and payment solutions. In her new capacity, Angela will continue to drive strategic HR initiatives across the enterprise, strengthening Fiserv’s commitment to innovation, transformation, and people leadership on a global scale.
Angela’s promotion reflects her extensive contributions to HR transformation and organizational strategy at Fiserv, where she has been deeply involved in mergers and acquisitions, learning and development, and workforce optimization.
Angela has been with Fiserv for over 3 years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Process Optimization. In this role, she led global integration initiatives, due diligence processes, and strategic HR planning during complex acquisitions. Her leadership contributed significantly to aligning acquired talent and organizational structures with Fiserv’s long-term vision.
Prior to that, she was Senior Director of HR Learning and Development at Fiserv, where she successfully implemented a global Internal Mobility program and developed training content that enhanced employee growth, negotiation, and engagement.
Before joining Fiserv, Angela worked at FDC Call Center for over 6 years, first as Sr. Director, HR Workforce Planning & Analytics, where she played a key role in business continuity planning and strategic site expansion. Earlier, she served at First Data Corporation as Director, Project Management and Director, Call Center Operations, managing large-scale client relationships and leading a 700-person call center with a $28M budget.
Angela began her career in HR at First Data and built expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
