In this expanded role, Ryan will lead the global people strategy, with a strong focus on talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and scaling people practices to support PartnerStack’s continued growth.
In his most recent role prior to this appointment, Ryan Ayres served as Vice President, People & Culture at PartnerStack, where he played a critical role in shaping the organization’s people strategy during a period of sustained growth. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, he was instrumental in strengthening employee engagement frameworks, leadership development, and people operations across the company.
Before that, Ryan spent nearly five years as Director of People & Culture at PartnerStack, during which the organization earned multiple recognitions, including Best Workplace in Canada rankings and repeated Great Place to Work® certifications. His tenure saw the evolution of PartnerStack’s culture, systems, and people practices as the company scaled.
Earlier in his career, Ryan held senior talent and HR leadership roles at organizations such as TribalScale, Wave HQ, Big Viking Games, Rogers Communications, and Stafflink Solutions, building deep expertise across talent acquisition, people operations, recruitment strategy, and organizational growth across Canada and international markets.
