United States, February 2026 – Dometic has appointed Ryan Marsh as Senior Director, Logistics and Operations, further strengthening its operational leadership as the company continues to scale its global outdoor and mobility solutions portfolio.
In his new role, Ryan will oversee logistics and operations strategy, focusing on supply chain optimization, inventory management, transportation efficiency, and operational excellence to support Dometic’s growth across its global reseller network and product lines.
Prior to joining Dometic, Ryan served as Supply Chain Director at Robert Weed, where he led end-to-end supply chain transformations. He improved demand forecasting accuracy, reduced lead times, optimized procurement spend, and strengthened Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. His work delivered measurable improvements in cost efficiency, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Earlier, Ryan held multiple leadership roles at Genesis Products, including Director of Logistics and Warehousing Excellence and Director, Sales Excellence. During this tenure, he led transportation financials, implemented TMS and warehouse management systems, reduced logistics and labor costs, and improved customer experience metrics significantly.
He also served as General Manager at Americold Logistics, LLC., where he led one of the company’s largest distribution centers, drove EBITDA performance, improved productivity, enhanced safety metrics, and strengthened union partnerships. His leadership journey includes senior operational roles at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, where he managed large multi-channel distribution operations and led continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.
Ryan holds an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame and has built a career defined by operational rigor, data-driven decision-making, and measurable performance improvement across complex supply chain ecosystems.
