Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – PepsiCo India has announced the elevation of Saakshi Verma Menon to the role of Chief Marketing Officer – India Foods. In her new role, Saakshi will lead the marketing strategy for some of PepsiCo’s most loved food brands, including Lay’s, Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Quaker, Cheetos, and Doritos, focusing on innovation, consumer engagement, and accelerating brand growth in the Indian market.
Prior to this elevation, Saakshi served as Senior Marketing Director for Africa, Middle East & South Asia at PepsiCo, where she played a critical role in shaping regional brand strategy and creative excellence for the foods portfolio across multiple high-impact markets.
Before joining PepsiCo, she was the Marketing Director for India at Kimberly-Clark, where she led the transformation of key consumer categories and strengthened brand equity in the hygiene and wellness sector during her nearly three-year tenure.
Earlier, she headed Marketing & Digital Business at Nicobar, and previously served as Head – Brand, Strategy & Campaigns at Uber India, where she played a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s positioning through data-backed storytelling and culturally relevant campaigns.
Over a span of more than five years at The Coca-Cola Company, she held several senior leadership roles, including General Manager, Creative Excellence, where she oversaw integrated campaigns across digital, shopper marketing, and ATL platforms for multiple beverage brands.
Her marketing foundation was shaped during a rich nine-year journey at Colgate-Palmolive, where she held progressive roles across sales and marketing, including Area Sales Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager, gaining deep operational and strategic expertise across the value chain.
Saakshi holds an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), and her career is a testament to driving performance through consumer insight, creativity, and commercial acumen.
