Northampton, England, May 2024 – Nicole Tuplin has been promoted to the position of Head of HR at Staysure Group. With over a year of dedicated service at Staysure Group, Nicole has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision in various HR roles, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Nicole’s most recent role was as HR Business Partner – Support Services for approximately 10 months. In this position, she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives to support the company’s goals.
Before that, she served at Booker Group as an HR Business Partner for around 1.5 years. Nicole was instrumental in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and supporting business operations to drive organizational success.
From August 2019 to October 2021, Nicole held the role of HR Advisor at Booker Group. In this capacity, she provided HR support, managed recruitment processes, and facilitated employee development programs.
Earlier, she worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at NCS – National Citizen Service Trust for about 4 months, where she managed recruitment activities and supported HR functions.
Nicole also gained extensive managerial experience at Tesco as a Manager Part-Time for approximately 4.5 years, and at Toys R Us UK as a General Store Manager for around 13.5 years, where she honed her leadership and operational skills.
