San Francisco, California, United States, July 2025 – Arvind Krishnan has joined Alteryx as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over two decades of experience in engineering leadership, platform transformation, and enterprise technology innovation, Arvind will lead the company’s global technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering execution to accelerate Alteryx’s mission of democratizing analytics and AI.
Prior to joining Alteryx, Arvind Krishnan served as Chief Technology Officer at Bluecore, where he led distributed engineering, DevOps, and data science teams across the US, India, Canada, and Latin America. He spearheaded a complete platform re-architecture that significantly improved quality, scalability, and reliability, while reducing infrastructure costs by 50%. He also realigned processes and teams to better serve enterprise retail clients.
Previously, he spent nearly six years at Salesforce, where he held several senior roles including Senior Vice President of Engineering. Arvind led the development of the Einstein Chatbot platform, Service Cloud’s Digital Engagement platform, and multiple AI-powered tools, contributing to the company’s rapid growth in customer service technology.
Earlier in his career, Arvind served in leadership positions at Desk.com, Oracle, and WidePoint, and has deep hands-on experience scaling SaaS platforms, leading platform re-architectures, and managing global tech teams. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
