San Francisco, California, United States, February 2026 — Saba Siddiqui has joined Salesforce as Senior Director, Global Head of Talent Attraction, stepping into a pivotal leadership role focused on shaping how the global CRM leader attracts and scales world-class talent. In her new position, Saba will lead talent attraction strategies across Sales, Customer Success, Technology & Product, and Corporate functions, helping strengthen Salesforce’s competitive advantage through scale, data, inclusion, and AI-enabled decision-making. In this appointment, Saba brings strong experience from her recent role at Gusto, where she served as Head of Talent Acquisition for nearly a year. At Gusto, she played an important part in strengthening hiring capability for a high-growth technology organization, and also led technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design, giving her deep exposure to end-to-end talent leadership in innovation-driven environments.
Prior to Gusto, Saba spent nearly 11 years at LinkedIn, steadily rising through multiple leadership roles within talent acquisition. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Global Head Emerging Talent, after leading as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and earlier heading large recruitment portfolios as Director, Talent Acquisition. Over this extensive tenure, she was known for building high-performing recruiting teams in both the U.S. and India and driving talent acquisition programs supporting critical technical and business functions, including SRE, security, TPM and engineering operations.
Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in top-tier tech recruitment at some of the world’s most recognized global companies. She served as a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer at Facebook, where she supported hiring for production engineering and reliability teams, and previously worked at Google as a Technical Recruiter, contributing to the company’s globally respected hiring programs, particularly in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Her earlier experience also includes recruiting and staffing roles at Project Consulting Specialists (PCS) and Network Appliance (NetApp).
