Louisville, Kentucky, United States, June 2025 – Sacha Powers has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at ProLift Toyota Material Handling, after serving as Director of Human Resources for five years. In her new leadership position, Sacha will drive HR strategy across the organization, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring alignment between people and business objectives.

Before joining ProLift, she worked at Martinrea International as an HR Leader, where she supported manufacturing HR initiatives and talent strategies for over two years. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Versa Designed Surfaces, contributing over three years to the company’s workforce development, HR compliance, and leadership pipeline strategies.

Her earlier career includes HR leadership positions at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation, Procarent, and Interlock Industries, where she handled a range of responsibilities spanning recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. She also held HR Manager and Generalist roles at Noble International, Colgate-Palmolive, and Bosch USA, building a strong foundation in industrial HR practices and talent operations.
