Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 — KPMG India has appointed Sachin Gaur as its new Chief Learning Officer (CLO). In this role, Sachin will lead the firm’s learning and capability agenda, shaping enterprise-wide L&D strategy, learning function governance, and business-aligned capability building to strengthen future-ready talent pipelines across KPMG’s expanding India footprint.
With a strong background in driving global learning transformations, leadership development, capability strategy, and change initiatives across consulting, pharma, and technology ecosystems, Sachin’s appointment signals KPMG India’s continued focus on building a high-performance, innovation-driven workforce.
Prior to joining KPMG India as Chief Learning Officer, Sachin Gaur served as Global Head – Capability, Change, Organisation and Leadership Development at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, based in Hyderabad. Over nearly four years, he led global programs focused on strengthening enterprise capability, leading organizational change, and accelerating leadership development to support transformation and growth.
Before Dr. Reddy’s, Sachin worked at Novartis as Global Head of Learning – NBS & Corporate Functions, where he played a key role in shaping learning strategy for large global functions, aligning learning with evolving business needs and corporate transformation priorities.
Sachin also spent close to eight years at Deloitte Consulting, holding progressively senior leadership positions in global learning. He served as Global Consulting Chief Learning Officer, where he built and led the Global Consulting learning organization, working closely with global consulting leadership and governance councils to deploy consistent learning curricula at scale. Prior to this, he served as Vice President – Development CoE and Associate Vice President – Talent Development, supporting learning and development for thousands of practitioners across practices and locations, with strong exposure to governance, investment budgeting, leadership development, and professional/technology capability programs.
Earlier in his career, Sachin spent nearly four years at IBM, contributing to leadership development at scale through roles such as Deputy General Manager, Business & Technical Leadership Development and Business & Technical Leadership Partner. He also worked as Executive Talent Program Manager, supporting leadership pipeline strategy, talent review facilitation, assessment and development center design, and cross-border leadership movement initiatives.
In his formative years, he worked at Firstsource Solutions Ltd. as Manager – Associate Development & eLearning, where he helped create organization-wide development frameworks and implemented eLearning platforms across multiple global centers. He also held roles at Accenture Services India Ltd. in capability development, along with earlier assignments at Chrysalis HRD and Daksh e-Services Pvt. Ltd., and began his career at Trident Hotels as Food & Beverage Assistant, a foundation that reflects his long journey of growth and leadership across industries.
