New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2025— Sachin Gupta has joined Lenskart as Vice President – Marketing, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience across performance marketing, digital growth, and customer acquisition. Known for his strategic mindset and deep expertise in scaling marketing initiatives, Sachin’s appointment marks a significant step as Lenskart accelerates its customer growth and digital engagement efforts.
Prior to joining Lenskart, Sachin served at Astrotalk, where he held the roles of Senior Vice President – Marketing and Vice President – Performance Marketing. Over the course of nearly four years, he led high-budget performance campaigns and user acquisition efforts, managing a monthly spend of over $4 million. Under his leadership, Astrotalk saw exponential growth in daily consultations and digital visibility, cementing its position as one of India’s leading astrology platforms.
Before Astrotalk, Sachin played a key consulting role with OZiva, a clean-label nutrition brand, where he drove performance marketing and retention strategies. His initiatives spanned Google, Meta, Taboola, and affiliate marketing—delivering results for a Series B-backed startup with a sharp focus on ROI.
Earlier in his career, Sachin founded The Himalayan ROI, a performance marketing agency that served over 100 clients including Paytm, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Flipkart Groceries, and Mamaearth. The venture was known for its agile, data-driven strategies and played a pivotal role in scaling digital operations for numerous brands before operations were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sachin also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at JungleWorks, where he was responsible for demand generation to revenue and played a crucial role in taking the business from early growth stages to a significant revenue multiplier. At MobiKwik, he led mobile user acquisition during a period of intense competition in India’s digital payments space, contributing to substantial user growth through strategic media buying and performance campaigns.
In his new role at Lenskart, Sachin is expected to lead growth marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition, digital performance, and cross-channel campaign execution. His appointment comes as Lenskart strengthens its leadership team to support its ambitious vision of serving one billion eyes globally by 2025.
