Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Accolade Electronics Private Limited (AEPL) is delighted to announce the appointment of Sagar Thakurdesai as Head – Human Resources. In his new role, Sagar will lead AEPL’s HR strategies and operations, focusing on workforce development, organizational growth, and maintaining a culture of excellence.
Sagar brings with him an extensive background in Human Resources, spanning over two decades. Prior to joining AEPL, he served as an Independent Consultant, supporting various HR projects in Mumbai. Before that, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at In-Solutions Global Ltd, where he oversaw HR strategy and compliance for over a year and a half.

His tenure at National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) as Head – Change Management & Development saw him lead organizational change initiatives and talent development for nearly four years. Sagar also held leadership roles at 3i Infotech Ltd., where he contributed as Global Head – HR and Vice President – HR, managing HR operations and strategic compliance for over six years.
Earlier in his career, he worked with STAR CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd. as Head – HR, and with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, where he handled HR functions for the West and South Zones. His HR expertise further grew during his roles at eBay India Pvt. Ltd., STAR India Pvt. Ltd., and ADFC Pvt. Ltd., gaining significant exposure to talent acquisition, legal compliance, and employee engagement.
