Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Sahar Khan has taken on a new role as India Head of Human Resources at Amplifon, the global leader in hearing care retail. In this strategic leadership position, she will drive HR initiatives across the India operations, focusing on building a high-performance culture, talent management, and organizational development in alignment with Amplifon’s global vision.
Prior to joining Amplifon, Sahar worked with BMW Group for over four years, where she served in multiple HR leadership roles, including Assistant General Manager Human Resources and Senior Manager Human Resources. During her tenure, she contributed to HR transformation and built strong frameworks for succession planning and compensation strategy.
Before BMW, Sahar was Deputy General Manager Human Resources at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd – Pantaloons, where she managed legal compliance and operations planning. Her earlier experience includes a significant tenure at McCain Foods as Commercial HR Manager, supporting sales and corporate teams nationally while leading OD and talent initiatives.
She also held impactful roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, progressing from Management Trainee to Manager – Sales HR, and partnering with large regional teams on business-aligned HR strategies. Her foundational experience includes internships with Kimberly-Clark and ITC Limited. Sahar holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
