Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Shangri-La Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Saheli Chaudhuri as Director of Marketing & Communications, further strengthening its leadership team as it continues to enhance its brand positioning and guest experience in India’s premium hospitality segment. In her new role, Saheli will lead the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, driving brand visibility, guest engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives.
Prior to this appointment, Saheli Chaudhuri served at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh, where she held roles as Assistant Director – Marketing Communications and earlier as Marketing Communications Manager. During her tenure, she contributed to strengthening brand presence, executing strategic campaigns, and enhancing guest engagement through integrated marketing efforts.
Earlier, she worked as Cluster Manager – Marketing & Communication at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she managed marketing strategies across multiple properties, driving brand consistency and performance across the portfolio.
She also served as Marketing Communications Manager at The Den Bengaluru, where she played a key role in building the hotel’s brand identity and executing impactful marketing campaigns in a competitive hospitality market.
Saheli’s earlier experience includes roles at MRG Group, where she worked as Public Relations & Marketing Communications Manager, and at Four Clover Realty Private Limited as Senior Advisor – Corporate Communication, gaining strong expertise in brand communication and stakeholder engagement. She also worked with Marriott Hotels as Marketing & Communications Manager, further strengthening her experience in hospitality marketing.
She began her career in communications and public relations with organizations such as Value 360 Communications, The Zuri Hotels & Resorts, and ActiMedia, building a solid foundation in media relations, brand storytelling, and strategic communications.
