Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Duravit India has welcomed Sahyog Bharti Pandita as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, Sahyog will lead Duravit’s commercial strategy across India and the SAARC region, focusing on driving customer-centric initiatives, strengthening team performance, and promoting a culture of innovation and accountability. His commitment to enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency aligns well with Duravit’s mission of providing premium bathroom solutions.
Before joining Duravit, Sahyog Bharti Pandita served as the National Head – Sales, Marketing, and Strategy at Kich Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., where he crafted corporate strategies, tracked their progress, and ensured alignment with the company’s objectives. His responsibilities included guiding the board, managing resources, and maintaining stakeholder relationships, all while driving initiatives that boosted company profitability.
Prior to Kich, Pandita held the position of Managing Director at Antlers Redefine Luxury in Mumbai, where he was pivotal in launching the Antlers brand in India. Through establishing international vendor partnerships and developing a strong product strategy, he achieved 45% YoY growth in sales and positioned Antlers as a competitive player in the luxury market.
Pandita’s significant experience in the bath and sanitary industry includes his role as Head Sales (West, Central, and South India) at Eczacıbaşı VitrA. Over his seven-year tenure, he managed both channel and project sales, liaising with top architects and hotel groups in India and contributing to project specifications for commercial and residential developments.
He began his career in a managerial role with Saint-Gobain India Private Limited – Glass Business, handling sales and marketing operations for the West region. His achievements include specifying Saint-Gobain Glass for numerous high-profile projects and achieving annual turnover targets ahead of schedule.
