Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Sailendra Goswami has joined Sitec Labs Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Cipla Ltd, as Director. In this leadership role, Sailendra will oversee clinical research, bioequivalence studies, and analytical research and development for regulatory filings, bringing his vast expertise in the contract research and pharmaceutical industry to advance Sitec Labs’ mission.
Sailendra brings over two decades of leadership experience in clinical research organizations (CROs) and pharmaceutical companies. Most recently, he served as President at Veeda Clinical Research Limited, where he spearheaded advancements in clinical trial services and bioequivalence studies.
Previously, Sailendra held top leadership roles at ENEM NOSTRUM REMEDIES PRIVATE LIMITED and Admerus Biosciences Pvt. Ltd., including President and Chief Executive Officer, driving growth strategies for CRO services, clinical trials, and regulatory compliance.
At Raptim Research Ltd., he excelled as President, managing and enhancing clinical trial operations for nearly six years. His earlier roles include leadership at Synergicus Research Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and GVK Biosciences Pvt. Ltd., where he contributed to strategic initiatives in mergers, acquisitions, and clinical development.
Sailendra’s career began with scientific and managerial roles at organizations like Lambda Therapeutic Research and Veeda Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd., where he established a foundation in clinical operations and research management.
