Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 2026 — Salah Mubarak has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Emaar, one of the Middle East’s most iconic master-planned community and lifestyle destination developers. Known for setting global benchmarks through landmark developments such as Downtown Dubai, Emaar continues to elevate experiences in real estate, retail, hospitality, and leisure—making this leadership appointment an important step in strengthening its people strategy and organizational capability.
In January 2026, Salah Mubarak stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at Emaar, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This move marks a significant evolution in his leadership journey—bringing his expertise in customer excellence, service quality, operational governance, and performance-driven improvement into a people leadership mandate within a world-class organization.
Prior to this appointment, Salah served as Head of Customer Excellence at Emaar, where he was responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive excellence strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals. In this role, he led high-impact initiatives focused on enhancing customer interactions across all channels, and managed a multi-functional customer excellence organization including customer service, property quality assurance and handover, quality control and service excellence, contact center, back office operations, and experience design.
His responsibilities included streamlining customer service processes, leveraging data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and pain points, monitoring satisfaction metrics such as NPS and CSAT, and developing dashboards and executive reports to enable data-driven decision-making. He also drove personalized customer engagement strategies to build stronger long-term customer relationships.
Before this, Salah served as Quality Control and Service Excellence Lead at Emaar, where he handled department KPI calculations, conducted site inspections for safety and design improvement, benchmarked Emaar properties against competitors, and ensured high standards across community and facility management. He led mystery shopper evaluations and customer journey mapping across properties, hotels, malls, and entertainment assets to ensure consistent service experience aligned with Emaar standards.
Earlier, he worked with RobtStone (ME) LLC as Quality Control Lead, ensuring work quality exceeded contractual requirements and coordinating preventive quality interventions across departments. He also served as Mechanical Quality Engineer, responsible for inspection, documentation, compliance, and quality verification in fabrication and welding processes including PQR/WQT witnessing, fit-up inspections, dimensional checks, NDE inspections, and traceability validation.
In addition, Salah has contributed as a Volunteer with Tamouh Health Services, and completed early professional placements including an internship at Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center (AMMROC) and work placement at Emirates Steel.
Salah is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Quality Management at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (2024–2028). He also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Quality and Business Excellence from Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM).
