As CFO, Salome will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, supporting Unmind’s mission to create mentally healthy workplaces worldwide.
Salome has been with Unmind for over two years, most recently serving as VP of Global Planning & Business Performance, where she played a vital role in shaping the company’s strategic planning and enhancing its financial performance on a global scale.

Before joining Unmind, Salome served as Commercial Finance Director at notonthehighstreet, where she drove financial strategies and supported the business’s operational excellence. Her earlier career includes a seven-year tenure at Holiday Extras, where she held roles such as Commercial Finance Director and Associate Director of Commercial Finance, leading initiatives that strengthened the company’s financial planning and decision-making capabilities.
Salome also gained substantial experience in business planning and financial management through leadership roles at Decision Insight Information Group, RSA, and Citi. She began her career at GE Capital, where she spent over a decade honing her expertise in financial planning and analysis.
