Prior to her current role, Salome excelled as a Career Development Officer at Adjara Group, where she spent nearly four years empowering employees through tailored development programs and career guidance. During this time, she played a vital role in designing career paths and creating growth opportunities for Adjara Group’s diverse workforce, significantly contributing to employee satisfaction and retention.
Salome’s career at Adjara Group also includes her experience as a Human Capital Administrator, where she was pivotal in optimizing workforce planning and strengthening human resources protocols over a five-month period. Her strategic approach in this role supported the operational needs of the organization and laid groundwork for her future roles in HR management.
Before advancing through various HR functions, Salome gained foundational experience as a Reservations Executive for over a year, handling guest management and service excellence, which honed her interpersonal skills and deepened her understanding of the hospitality sector. Additionally, her tenure as a Communications Specialist strengthened her ability to engage stakeholders effectively, a skill she brings to her current leadership role.
At ROOMS, Salome expanded her expertise as a People’s Department Manager for over a year, leading HR efforts aligned with the brand’s values and contributing to operational consistency across different branches. Her background also includes a communications role with the Georgian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where she focused on enhancing organizational outreach and building valuable relationships with the business community.
