Delhi, India, March 2025 – Samriti Malhotra has been appointed as the Group CHRO at Updater Services Ltd (UDS). With over two decades of HR leadership experience across multiple industries, she will now oversee the strategic HR agenda, talent management, and organizational culture for the company. Prior to this role, she spent a decade leading HR at Denave, a group company of UDS, where she played a pivotal role in shaping people strategy, leadership development, and talent transformation.
Before joining Updater Services Ltd (UDS), Samriti Malhotra served as Global HR Director at Denave for over ten years. During her tenure, she designed and implemented strategic HR programs, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR digital transformation. She played a key role in driving employee engagement and organizational change, contributing significantly to Denave’s sustained growth and success.
Earlier, she was with Environmental Resources Management (ERM) as Country Lead – Human Resources, where she led HR operations, performance management, and leadership capability-building. She played a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a high-performing workforce and a strong leadership pipeline.
Prior to ERM, Samriti was an HR Business Partner at Barclays, where she focused on talent development, employee relations, and HR solutions. She was instrumental in enhancing HR service delivery, supporting workforce restructuring, and executing HR transformation projects across the organization.
She also spent over seven years at Bharti Airtel as an HR Manager, managing HR transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development programs. She played a key role in strengthening the HR framework and optimizing people strategies to support Airtel’s rapid business expansion.
Samriti holds a CHRO Leadership Program Certification from Cornell University and an MDBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
