Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa, February 2026 — Sanchia Arendse has stepped into a new role as Head of People and Culture at Stone Three. In this position, she is responsible for leading the organisation’s people and culture agenda, strengthening employer branding, talent practices, and people operations in support of Stone Three’s continued growth and innovation-focused mission.
Sanchia has been with Stone Three for nearly three years, most recently serving as HR Manager, where she played a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, niche talent acquisition, and employer branding initiatives. Her progression into the Head of People and Culture role reflects her deep understanding of the organisation’s culture and her contribution to building scalable and people-centric HR frameworks.
Alongside her corporate role, Sanchia is the Founder and HR Consultant at SMA HR Solutions, where she advises organisations on HR operations, recruitment tools, onboarding, and resource management. She has also contributed to learning and development in the HR ecosystem as an HR Moderator at iQ Academy and previously as a Lecturer at MSC College East London, supporting HR capability building and professional development.
Earlier in her career, Sanchia spent over a decade with Mediclinic, progressing through roles including HR Business Partner, Employee Benefits Manager, and HR Admin Officer, gaining extensive experience across employer branding, benefits administration, HR operations, and talent acquisition. Her early career also includes HR roles with Coca-Cola Canners of Southern Africa, VTB Bank Europe plc, and Rugbyhouse ARP, building a strong foundation across diverse industries and geographies.
