Sandeep’s journey at KPMG India began three years ago when he joined as Director. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in driving digital transformation for industrial clients, leveraging expertise in Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, Additive Manufacturing, MES, Digital Twin, IT/OT integration, and OT security. His focus on improving throughput, quality, and yield using analytics, lean practices, six-sigma, and advanced machine learning has delivered measurable impact across multiple sectors.
Prior to KPMG, Sandeep had a remarkable 17-year tenure at Siemens, where he progressed from Senior Engineer to Chief Manager – Advanced Portfolio Consulting. At Siemens, he was at the forefront of complex digital transformation initiatives, leading the Mindsphere Application Center for Power Generation Service and spearheading customer-centric innovation through design thinking, value discovery, and co-creation.
Sandeep’s global advisory experience, including participation in IEC Technical Committees for standards and codes, has further positioned him as a trusted leader in optimization algorithms, data science, and management consulting for the industrial and power utilities sectors.
