Alongside this new role, he continues to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer at UnitedHealth Group, where he has been instrumental in driving digital, consumer, data, and AI transformation initiatives.

Before his tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Sandeep was Chief Digital Officer at Mars, where he spearheaded digital transformation across AI, analytics, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer pet healthcare. His earlier career includes a significant 16-year tenure at Infosys, where he held leadership roles such as President, Head Americas, Global Head – Manufacturing, Retail, CPG & Logistics, and Chairman of Edgeverve, overseeing multi-billion-dollar business operations and shaping global strategies.

In a

ddition to his executive leadership, Sandeep is a Board Member at Digimarc (NASDAQ: DMRC), contributing to advancements in digital watermarks, retail technology, and sustainability solutions. He has also served as an Advisory Board Member at Rutgers University, offering guidance on digital transformation and technology education. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable financial services expertise as a Product Manager at Citi, where he developed innovative financial products for global corporations.
