Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 — Sandeep K. has been appointed as Head – Fleet Businesses & Purchasing at Mahindra Logistics (MLL), assuming responsibilities as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective April 17, 2025. With over two decades of leadership across logistics, e-commerce, and supply chain ecosystems, Sandeep’s appointment signals a pivotal move in MLL’s strategy to scale its fleet operations and enhance integrated logistics capabilities across India.
Sandeep most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Allcargo Logistics, where he led end-to-end operations for express logistics and contract logistics, overseeing over 600 operations units and a customer base of more than 3,000. Prior to this, he was Chief Supply Chain Officer at Tata CLiQ, where he successfully led digital transformation initiatives across lifestyle, electronics, and beauty categories, redesigning fulfilment networks to improve speed and customer experience.
His tenure at Reliance Retail as Business Head for JioMart Digital saw him drive warehousing, sales, and last-mile delivery across key western states. At Amazon India, he held multiple leadership roles over six years, including national responsibility for grocery operations, low-cost fulfilment, and regional last-mile delivery, where he led operations with a workforce of over 3,000. He began his corporate journey at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, contributing to strategic planning and M&A initiatives that laid the foundation for rapid organizational scaling.
An alumnus of Mumbai University in Electrical Engineering, Sandeep has completed executive programs at IIM Lucknow, Nanyang Business School, Wharton, and MIT Sloan, equipping him with a global outlook and strong analytical acumen. His experience across operations, strategy, and technology makes him a strong asset to MLL as it continues its journey of transformation in the 3PL sector.
