During his tenure as Associate Vice President – Delivery, Sandeep successfully steered multiple strategic initiatives to enhance delivery governance, streamline operations, and strengthen client engagement frameworks. Prior to that, as Delivery Manager, he contributed extensively to developing Xoriant’s delivery excellence model—focused on measurable outcomes, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Before joining Xoriant, Sandeep Raje held senior leadership roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Zensar Technologies, BMC Software, and Cybage Software, where he gained deep expertise in technology delivery, enterprise solutions, and client relationship management.
