Panchkula, Haryana, India, – November 2025 — Amit Sinha has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at DWC Infra, where he will lead the company’s complete people strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR transformation initiatives across all project locations. In his new role, he is responsible for aligning culture, talent systems, and HR governance with the organization’s growth priorities in the infrastructure and construction sector.
In his most recent role before joining DWC Infra, Amit Sinha served as Head of Human Resources at AVOK Engineering Consulting & Contracting Pvt. Ltd., where he spent nearly two years leading HR business partnering, strategic workforce planning, people analytics, talent acquisition, statutory compliance, and change management. His leadership was instrumental in driving organizational transformation, elevating talent processes, and building a culture of performance, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Before AVOK, Amit held the position of Head Corporate Human Resources at MG Contractors Pvt. Ltd., where he led the full spectrum of HR functions. His role spanned performance management, policy execution, organizational development, HR analytics, coaching, and employee development. Under his leadership, the HR function strengthened people processes, enhanced performance review systems, and implemented impactful learning and welfare initiatives across locations.
Prior to that, Amit contributed significantly to Tata Projects as Senior Human Resources Manager, where he was responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, payroll administration, and HR operations. His earlier career included leadership roles in HR across NKG Infrastructure Limited, Cairn Energy PLC, Lanco, Focus Energy Ltd, Mirza International Limited, and Superhouse LTD, where he built a strong foundation in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance appraisal, and organizational development.
Amit Sinha holds an EPGC-CHRO certification from IIM Ranchi, where he graduated with an A++ grade, along with a MasterCamp in HRM by KPMG and Masters’ Union. He also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Maharshi Dayanand University. His academic credentials strengthen his strategic approach to HR leadership, organizational effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and business-aligned HR strategy.
