Mumbai, India, July 2024 – Sangeeta Chelawat has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Realatte Ventures LLP. With a comprehensive background in HR management and talent development, Sangeeta brings valuable expertise to her new position. Her experience in managing HR functions across diverse industries will be instrumental in driving Realatte’s HR initiatives.
Sangeeta Chelawat joins Realatte Ventures LLP after working as a Human Resources Management Consultant at PromoDome Digital since March 2024. In this role, she provided HR management services on a freelance basis, focusing on talent management and HR strategies in Mumbai.
Before that, Sangeeta was a Human Resources Consultant at Cargocliff International Pvt. Ltd. from August 2022 to March 2024. Here, she managed HR functions and contributed to the company’s talent acquisition and development strategies.
From October 2021 to March 2024, Sangeeta served as a Consultant – L&D at MIRC Electronics, where she focused on learning and development initiatives. She also worked with PromoDome Digital in a similar capacity from November 2021 to July 2022.
Earlier in her career, Sangeeta held the position of Manager – Human Resources at Onida from January 2018 to July 2020, where she managed talent acquisition and learning and development processes. She also worked as an HR Manager at Komli Media from April 2016 to December 2017, focusing on HR management and talent acquisition.
From April 2014 to March 2016, Sangeeta was the Manager – HRD at Big Ventures Media Pvt. Ltd., responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, and event management. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Manager HR at Hindustan Unilever Limited from October 2013 to March 2014, managing HRIS and data management.
