New Delhi, Delhi, India, December 2025 – Sangram Dhar has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at GDX Group, a leading player in the security and facility management services sector. With a career spanning nearly three decades in operations, project management, and integrated facility services, Sangram brings deep domain expertise and proven leadership to support GDX’s mission of delivering world-class services to government and private clients across India.
As COO, Sangram will spearhead operations excellence, strategic growth initiatives, and service innovation, helping the company enhance its nationwide footprint and deepen engagement across sectors like banking, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining GDX Group, Sangram Dhar served as President at Proton Facilities Solution India Private Limited, part of the APS Group. Over nearly five years, he played a pivotal role in driving expansion across 33,000 locations in India, overseeing multiple acquisitions and fostering partnerships with top industry brands. Under his leadership, Proton maintained a strong presence across all geographies, built on trust, operational efficiency, and scale.
Earlier, Sangram spent over 11 years at Tenon Group, where he held multiple leadership roles including Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Director. He led business verticals such as Tenon Property and Tenon Project Services, with responsibilities spanning integrated operations, strategic partnerships, and group-wide business management. His tenure included heading ROTOPOWER, a company acquired by Tenon, where he successfully managed post-acquisition integration and operations transformation.
His career began at ROTO Power Projects Private Limited, where he served for nearly 14 years, rising from Project Engineer to Director. He was instrumental in diversifying the business from engineering services to full-scale facilities management—laying the foundation for its eventual merger into the Tenon Group.
