New Delhi, Delhi, India, November 2025 — Sanjay Sharma has begun a new chapter in his professional journey as Head of Human Resources at Total IT Global, where he now leads the organization’s HR strategy, people operations, and employee experience. In this pivotal leadership role, he oversees HR operations, regulatory compliance, talent management practices, employee engagement programs, and payroll and exit processes — strengthening the company’s mission of building a high-performance and people-first workplace culture.
Before stepping into this role, Sanjay served as HR Manager at Total IT Global for over five years. During this period, he contributed significantly to attrition management, onboarding processes, exit interviews, problem-solving interventions, fostering inclusivity, and strengthening employee experience. His work played a meaningful role in building a more cohesive, engaging, and structured people operations framework within the company.
Earlier, Sanjay worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Pegasus Academy & Consulting, where he supported capability development initiatives through problem-solving frameworks, analytics-driven interventions, and performance-focused learning solutions. His passion for employee development and analytical approach contributed to several effective learning outcomes within client organizations in Delhi.
Prior to that, Sanjay served as an HR Specialist at REZAYAT COMPANY LIMITED in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and earlier as an HR Specialist (Talent Management) at Zamil Industrial Investment Company, building strong expertise across talent onboarding, problem-solving, analytical skills, and people development. His early-career experiences as a Trainer – Soft Skills at Pegasus HRD Centre Pvt. Ltd., and a long tenure in HR at International Amusement Ltd. (Appu Ghar) further strengthened his foundation in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, training administration, and industrial relations management.
Across his foundational roles at Mayor & Company, Mayor Group of Industries, EL ZEE Television Ltd, and Jayna Times, Sanjay worked extensively across HR setup, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation management, disciplinary proceedings, statutory compliance, and organizational restructuring. These early experiences shaped his holistic understanding of HR, workforce dynamics, and the operational realities of people management across industries.
