Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Bosch Home Comfort Group has announced the appointment of Sanjay Sudhakaran as its new Managing Director, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career in the building technologies and HVAC sector.
Sanjay joins Bosch Home Comfort Group after serving as Managing Director at Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning, where he successfully steered growth and strengthened market presence in India. His leadership was pivotal in driving customer-centric strategies and operational excellence in the highly competitive HVAC domain.
Prior to this, Sanjay held multiple senior roles at Schneider Electric, including Managing Director of SEIL and Vice President of Power Systems, as well as Vice President of Digital Energy for the Greater India Zone. In these roles, he championed digital transformation and energy-efficient solutions, enabling Schneider to expand its footprint and deliver sustainable value across diverse markets.
Earlier in his career, Sanjay made notable contributions at Otis Elevator Co., where he served as Senior Director for Asia Pacific and Director of Sales and Marketing in India, leading regional growth and strategic initiatives. He also held leadership responsibilities at United Technologies as Managing Director – Buildings & Industrial Solutions, and at Carrier Corporation, where he managed regional and country-level responsibilities across ASEAN and India as Regional Director and Country Head.
At Bosch Home Comfort Group, Sanjay is expected to leverage his vast global exposure and expertise in HVAC, digital energy, and sustainable living solutions to further strengthen the company’s presence in the home comfort sector. His proven track record across organizations such as Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning, Schneider Electric, Otis Elevator Co., United Technologies, and Carrier uniquely positions him to drive growth, innovation, and customer-focused strategies at Bosch.
