Kolkata, West Bengal, India, August 2025 — Greenply Industries Limited has appointed Sanjiv Keshri as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing with him over two decades of diverse leadership and financial expertise. In his new role, Sanjiv will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and performance management, aligning business objectives with sustainable growth initiatives.
Before joining Greenply Industries Limited, Sanjiv served as CFO at Jupiter Wagons Limited for six years, where he worked closely with promoters, the board, and senior leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives. Earlier, he held the position of Acting CFO at Shyam Ferro Alloys Ltd., and served as Associate Vice President at Meenakshi Energy Limited & Group Companies, playing a key role in business planning, capital structuring, and financial governance.
Sanjiv’s career also includes leadership positions such as DGM – Accounts & Finance at VISA Power Limited, AGM – Finance & Accounts at Adhunik Group of Industries, and Senior Manager at Bengal Ambuja Group of Companies, where he conducted multiple Holcim Accounting and Reporting Principles (HARP) training sessions for senior leaders. Recognised among the top 10 CFOs from manufacturing companies in 2022 by CEO Insights, he has built extensive expertise in fundraising through QIP and preferential placement, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, project finance, and corporate governance.
A Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, Sanjiv has also led key initiatives in cost rationalisation, SOP creation, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitability and efficiency across organisations.
