Sanket has been associated with Kinetic Green for over a year, previously serving as Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management, where he led sourcing strategy and operations for the company’s two-wheeler segment. In his new capacity, he will oversee vendor development, inventory planning, and supply chain strategy for both 2W and 3W segments, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Before joining Kinetic Green, Sanket worked as a Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Optimization Consultant, helping organizations streamline operations, consolidate vendor bases, and enhance cost efficiencies across OEM ecosystems. He also played a key leadership role at CapGrid, where he drove sourcing strategies that reduced component costs by 12–15% and helped scale the startup’s billing to ₹10 crore per month.

Earlier, at nurture.farm, he served as Head of Supply Chain Management, overseeing procurement across agricultural machinery and technology platforms. His prior experience also includes leadership roles at VST Tillers Tractors Ltd., Escorts Kubota Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra (FES), Eicher Tractors, and Hero Motors, where he gained extensive exposure to the automotive and agri-equipment supply chain.

Sanket holds an Executive MBA in Advanced Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a credential that complements his strategic and operational acumen in manufacturing ecosystems.

With this appointment, Kinetic Green strengthens its commitment to building a robust, scalable, and future-ready EV manufacturing supply chain, aligned with India’s vision of sustainable mobility.
