Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, April 2024 – Pere Cercos has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer for Spain at Siemens Healthineers. In his new role, Pere will oversee all financial activities within the region, contributing to strategic initiatives and bolstering the company’s presence in the European market.
Pere has shown a consistent trajectory of financial leadership within Siemens Healthineers, previously holding the position of Head of Finance Region FBA (France, Belgium, and Western and Central Africa) from October 2020 to March 2024, based in Paris, France.
Before this, he served as the CFO for Great Britain & Ireland and Head of Finance Point of Care for Western Europe & Western Africa from September 2015 to October 2020, where he managed comprehensive financial strategies and operations across multiple regions. His journey at Siemens Healthineers began in January 2013 as the Divisional Controller for North West Europe – Diagnostics and Clinical Products in Frimley, United Kingdom, where he significantly enhanced the financial reporting and operational procedures.
Prior to joining Siemens Healthineers, Pere contributed his expertise at various renowned organizations, marking significant impacts at each. He served as the Vice President Finance and Operations EMEA for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics from November 2009 to October 2011, followed by his role as the Finance & Operations Director EMEA2 until October 2009. His earlier roles include significant positions at Dade Behring, where he was pivotal in managing finance and operations.
