Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, September 2025 – Hotfoot Technology Solutions, a leading FinTech and CreditTech company transforming digital lending and automation, has announced the appointment of Santhya LN as its new Vice President – Human Resources. With over 17 years of global HR experience, Santhya will spearhead strategic people initiatives, focusing on talent management, performance optimization, and organizational development to strengthen Hotfoot’s people-first culture and fuel its rapid growth.
Santhya joins Hotfoot after nearly four years at Photon, where she served as Senior Manager – Human Resource Business Partner (Global). In this role, she collaborated with business leadership to oversee the complete talent lifecycle, including performance management, global rewards programs, and workforce strategies. She was instrumental in driving global HR initiatives aligned with business priorities and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Previously, she worked with The Ramco Cements Limited as Deputy Manager – HR Business Partner, leading employee lifecycle management, talent engagement, and HR policies for one of India’s leading cement manufacturers. Before this, she spent five years at Rage Communications (ADK Rage) as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where she focused on onboarding, training, employee engagement, and attrition management.
Her career also includes impactful roles at NIIT Limited as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where she managed pan-India campus hiring and training programs, and at the Shriram Group of Companies as Associate Manager – HR, overseeing hiring, appraisals, and engagement. She also held HR leadership roles with pharmexx Brasil and began her career at Randstad India, managing client portfolios and PAN-India talent acquisition.
Santhya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. She has also completed an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening her expertise in strategic HR leadership.
