Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – May 2025 – Unilight Insurance Brokers Private Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing composite insurance brokerage firms, has announced the appointment of Santoshi Shenoy as Vice President – Human Resources. In her new role, Santoshi will lead strategic HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational capability building, aligned with Unilight’s continued expansion in the insurance and reinsurance landscape.
Santoshi brings over 18 years of diverse HR leadership experience across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cement, and IT. Prior to joining Unilight, she served as Associate Director – L&OD and Talent Management at Endo Pharmaceuticals, where she was instrumental in shaping talent strategies and development frameworks across key business units.
Her longest tenure was at ACC Limited, where she spent more than 15 years progressing through several key HR roles, including HR Manager – RMX and Deputy Manager HR, contributing to talent planning, field HR operations, and business alignment initiatives. Earlier in her career, she began her journey as a Management Trainee at Sonata Software, establishing her foundation in HR with a strong focus on systems and processes.
An alumna of N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Santoshi’s appointment reinforces Unilight’s commitment to building a forward-looking, values-driven people function as it scales up its presence in India’s competitive insurance landscape.
