With her extensive expertise and leadership, Sara will continue to steer the firm’s strategic human capital initiatives, reinforcing KPM’s commitment to excellence and innovation in professional services.
Sara has been a pivotal member of KPM CPAs & Advisors for over a decade. Before her recent promotion in August 2024, she served as the Managing Director of KPM Human Capital Solutions for over three years, where she significantly enhanced the firm’s HR consulting services.
Prior to this, Sara was the Human Resources Director for about seven years, during which she led substantial advancements in the firm’s HR practices, focusing on performance management and women’s initiatives.
Sara also imparted her knowledge as a Part-Time Instructor at the Management Development Institute for over eight years, where she taught high-quality HR, management, and leadership training programs.
Earlier in her career, Sara was an HR Project Manager at BKD, LLP for about five years, where she managed strategic firm-wide projects. Before joining BKD, she held a managerial role at Penmac, Inc. for nearly three years.
