New York, United States, March 2025 – Sara Grega has been promoted to Director, Talent Development & Organizational Growth at Omnicom Health, a milestone achievement in her over decade-long tenure with the organization. In this new leadership role, Sara will oversee strategic talent initiatives that support learning, capability building, and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise.
Sara has served Omnicom Health in multiple people-focused roles for more than 10 years, most recently as Associate Director, Learning and Development, where she led transformative training programs and development frameworks for diverse teams. Prior to that, she was Learning and Development Manager for over four years, driving innovative learning strategies to elevate internal capabilities and performance. Earlier in her tenure, Sara also made significant contributions as an HR Business Partner, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
Before joining Omnicom Health, Sara was HR Business Partner at MediaVest (now Spark Foundry), where she helped build strong HR frameworks to support agency growth and performance. She also worked as Senior HR Consultant for Statoil, focusing on global business services and employee relations.
In her earlier years, Sara held HR and talent roles at Cline Davis & Mann, and even had a distinct career chapter as a Dental Hygienist, demonstrating her versatile professional journey before transitioning fully into HR leadership.
