London Area, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Sarah Coleman has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Qodea, Europe’s largest Google Premier-only transformation partner. In her new role, Sarah will lead the company’s people strategy and drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture, talent acquisition, and employee engagement across Qodea’s operations in Europe.
Sarah brings a wealth of HR leadership experience to Qodea. Prior to this, she served as Chief People Officer at Adarma Security for two years, where she was instrumental in shaping HR strategies and fostering a culture of innovation.

At WPP, Sarah held the position of Global People and Communications Director – Technology, where she led a global HR team, transforming the IT delivery model and scaling the function to support WPP’s advanced technology strategy. Her tenure included rolling out DEI programs and implementing innovative learning and development frameworks.
Before WPP, Sarah spent nearly eight years at ICF International, serving as Vice President, HR – Europe & Asia. She played a pivotal role in integrating ten companies across various regions, driving talent retention, and enhancing the employer value proposition.
Sarah also held senior HR roles at ACCA, including Head of HR – Organisation Change, where she led a global transformation initiative, and Head of HR – UK, overseeing HR operations for over 500 employees. She began her career as Head of HR at NHSU, managing TUPE transfers and implementing key NHS HR policies.
