Over nearly six years, she led the total rewards strategy for over 450 employees across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics, driving initiatives including global recognition programs, benefits optimisation, payroll and pension process improvements, and the successful redesign of the UK pension plan.

Before Colgate-Palmolive, Sarah spent over six years at Superdrug, where she served as Senior Reward and Benefits Manager. In this role, she oversaw reward strategies for 17,000 employees across retail, distribution, and healthcare. She implemented retail salary banding, designed incentive programs, and streamlined supplier relationships for pension and healthcare.

Earlier in her career, she also served as HR Service Centre Manager at Superdrug, where she managed a core team supporting new starter processes, learning and development data, and HR operations for retail teams.

Sarah’s deep expertise in stakeholder management, policy alignment, and data-driven decision-making will be critical in advancing Maximus UK’s people-first philosophy as it continues to deliver vital services across health, disability, and employment.
