Seattle, Washington, United States, October 2025 — Medbridge, a leading provider of digital care and patient engagement solutions, has announced the appointment of Sarah Jacob Singh as its new Chief Product & Technology Officer. In this expanded leadership role, Sarah will lead Medbridge’s integrated Product and Engineering organization, driving innovation in healthcare technology as the company advances its AI-powered vision for connected patient care.
Sarah has been with Medbridge for nearly three years, most recently serving as Chief Product Officer, where she led the company’s product organization to deliver industry-leading solutions that empower healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Under her leadership, Medbridge strengthened its product ecosystem, enhanced digital care pathways, and built a team widely recognized for excellence in healthcare innovation.
Before joining Medbridge, Sarah served as Senior Vice President and later Vice President of Product at Optimize Health, where she built and scaled a world-class Product organization encompassing Product Management, Design, Operations, and Marketing. She spearheaded a platform rearchitecture that transitioned Optimize Health from a remote patient monitoring company to a comprehensive remote care provider, helping to double annual recurring revenue (ARR) and customer base while driving major product migrations and improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Earlier, at Accolade, Inc., she was Senior Director of Solutions Management, contributing to the company’s successful IPO and leading the acquisition of 2nd.MD. She owned the strategy and P&L for Accolade’s Total Benefits and Total Care offerings, integrating market insights into product development and scaling innovative health solutions that improved care delivery and business performance.
Sarah’s earlier career includes nearly six years at CareCloud, where she advanced from Business Analyst to Senior Director of Product Management. She led multiple high-impact initiatives, including the creation of CareCloud’s patient experience platform, Breeze, and the Developer Portal supporting third-party integrations. Her leadership helped position CareCloud as a frontrunner in digital health technology, combining analytics, patient experience, and enterprise scalability.
Sarah began her professional journey as a Business Systems Analyst at Michigan Medicine, gaining foundational expertise in data analysis, process design, and technology-driven healthcare improvement. Her early experiences at ProMedica and the Wood County Health Department grounded her in public health, advocacy, and patient-centric care—principles that continue to guide her leadership approach.
In her announcement, Sarah expressed her excitement about leading Medbridge into the next era of healthcare innovation, stating:
“We have done such incredible work in the two and a half years that I’ve spent here, but this new age of technology we have ahead of us with AI is a whole new world. I truly believe that in a few years from now, the question most asked in tech will no longer be, ‘is there an app for that?’ but instead, ‘is there an agent for that?’ And we will be in that conversation, and even leading the charge when it comes to AI in healthcare technology. The roles between Product and Engineering are melding, and the Product Engineer of the future will be built here.”
